Acceptance of Terms. By using https://kikostowing.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Service Description. This Site describes Towing Services, Emergency Towing, Roadside Assistance, Car Towing, Flat Tire Service provided by Kiko's Towing. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Site Content. Content displayed on https://kikostowing.com is the property of Kiko's Towing or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Termination. Kiko's Towing may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Kiko's Towing does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kiko's Towing's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Kiko's Towing in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Kiko's Towing harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by CO law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in CO for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
